I'm a big internet user too. I spend about four or five hours online a day.. I use the internet to watch online. I like to watch movies or serials. In this moment I watching ,, Grey anatomy". This is the American drama serial. Every day I watching two or three series.They last about three hours.
I love to listen music, especially meditative music.
My best friend in this moment lives in abroad. I often make video calls with her.
I searh various information in the internet. I love cooking, I like to try new recipes.. I read recipes and comments.
I use Facebook and messenger.I like messenger because I can send pictures or contact there.
My husband is in holiday and we can send message, no matter where he is.

Why these 4 people like the Internet?

I personally think that the first speaker is addicted [adiktid] (priklausomas) to the Internet like me I think so because he says that he uses the Internet to forget about the stress of the day and because life usually is stressful I imagine he is online a lot of time.
I think the woman who is speaking the second is very sociable and must look good because she likes skyping. I personally never use Skype because I look terrible on camera!
The third speaker likes the Internet because it is his job. He's a webmaster. I never enjoy the Internet at work. I have to post on Facebook for my work. I don't like it. I have to send emails. I don't like sending emails....
The fourth woman is opposite to me. She likes to keep in touch with people and socialise. I prefer to use the Internet anonymously. I don't like checking my friends profiles. I prefer to communicate with foreigners who don't know me and I don't know them. That's why I use online forums .

1. The first speaker spends few hours on his laptop. His job is very stressful. He plays games online and it helps him relax. He likes the Internet because it helps him relax.
2. The woman who is speaking the second says that the Internet is very important for her because her friends live in the UK. And she lives in New York. She need to speak with sociable persons and it matters to her. She speaks by Skype. So she likes the Internet.
3. The third speaker is a webmaster. He likes the Internet because it is his job. He loves computers so no problem.
4. The fourth speaker likes the Internet because she can keep in touch with friends and socialise. She likes it very much.

About speaker 1
We think that the first speaker can be addicted to the Internet or maybe he isn‘t addicted because he spends all day at work and he has dinner. People who are addicted often forget about work and eating time. Arvydas isn‘t addicted. Vilma uses the Internet every day but she is not addicted.
About speaker 2
The second speaker likes the Internet because she lives abroad and she misses her relatives and friends. She prefers to talk to them by skype more than by phone. We don‘t use skype. We talk to our relatives and friends by phone.
About speaker 3
The third speaker must use the Internet at work. Arvydas doesn‘t use the Internet at work and Vilma uses the Internet at work every day.
About speaker 4
The fourth speaker loves social networks, she likes to know a lot about her friends life and to communicate with them. Vilma does‘t have time and she doesn‘t like to use social networks. Arvydas loves Facebook. He reads there about what is new and he chats with his online friends.

Arvydas‘ homework

A few years ago my friends went to London. I didn‘t go with them to London. I took them to the Vilnius airport. They went with cabin baggage. They went to the check- in desk. Their suitcases were too large and they had to put them into the box near the check-in desk. One woman couldn‘t take her suitcase from that box and she started to cry. A few men helped her and she could fly with her suitcase. My friends had a good journey.

Vilma‘s homework

Two years ago I went to Paphos with my friend. We had _ 3 hours flight from Karmėlava to Paphos. Our flight was very early. I came first. I came to the airport from Kaunas and my friend came from Klaipėda. She slept in the bus all her trip and I couldn‘t call and talk to her. I worried a lot. Then she arrived.We sat and we waited. We talked and we forgot about time. One moment I saw that we were in the arrival hall. We started running to the departure hall. Luckily we got it in time. Our flight wasn‘t delayed. We had a good journey.

Mine first flight was in seventeen year ago.I got a new job in Ireland and I had to flight.Before _ flight I was very strestful.Mine flight wasn't a straight flight.It was the flight through Denmark.To Vilnius airport took me mine friend.The flight a ticket was very expensive.On the airport _ was't any problem.On the airplane I got a nice meal.The airplane was landing to Denmark. Just _ was one the problem, because _ flight from Denmark to Ireland was cancel_ in two hours.But finally I to reach the goal of the journey.I was happy _ my journey and now I prefer travel only by airplane!

I actually liked the book. It made me think who was the most guilty [gilti] (kalta(s)) for destroying good relationships between four people. At first I though it was Stephanie because she was the one who started the affair with a married man and didn't care about her boyfriend very much. Then I thought that Carlo must be guilty too, because he answered Stephanie's advances (vilionės). But they both knew that their relationship was wrong, they decided to end their affair and to never meet again. Stephanie came back to her boyfriend and Carlo came back to his wife. Stephanie and Mark finally found peace and quiet. Everything would be OK if not Luigi the waiter! This outsider interfered (įsikišo) and let Mark know about Stephanie's holiday romance. Luigi ruined [ruind] (sugriovė) Mark's trust and love for Stephanie, he ruined their common future. Luigi is the most annoying and the most guilty person in this story.

Vilma‘s and Arvydas‘ homework

We listened and we read the book “Just good friends”. We liked this book. We didn’t read it very seriously. We read it just for relaxing. We understood easily. We read it in two days.
The book is about two English persons‘ holiday. They went to Italy and they spent their holiday there. Their holiday wasn‘t pleasant. All people had a lot of problems.
Ruth didn‘t want Stephanie‘s coming because she didn‘t trust her. Stephanie had an affair with her married Italian friend Carlo, Ruth‘s husband. Stephanie was Mark‘s girlfriend. He loves her. But he knew about Stephanie‘s holiday romance from Luigi. He lost his trust for Stephanie and he left her. We were surprised by the end of the book: Mark left Stephanie, then she dressed very nicely and she went to a Saturday party.

I'm glad you liked the book. Which one you liked better: the book or the film from last Friday in Panevezys?
I also found it strange that Stephanie went to a party straight after her break-up with Mark. But I think it shows that Stephanie is a strong person and she never gives up!

I read that book.It was the first mine English book.The text was very understandable for me, just to explain that book not easy for me.I think need to read more English books for me, but I am dislike reading.Listening was difficult because text was going fast.That was an interesting book about two pairs of peoples.Their intrigue and jealousy was all time on their holiday.
