Is this boy sculpture in Lithuania, in the city of Panevėžys? Is it a shoe in his hands? I guess this sculpture is about a real event in the past, am I right?

I'm ashamed not to know this sculpture! I love the french writer Romain Garry and the Internet says that this sculpture is for him. Only here he is not a grown famous writer but a small boy in love with a girl and about to eat a galosh to show his love to that girl. He lived in Vilnius when he was a child that's why this sculpture is in this city. Am I right? :)

Yes, Jurate, it is a fishfinder. It shows fishes by WiFi to=on the smartphone.

a fish - žuvis, fish - žuvys. It is an exception, tai yra išimtis. There are a lot of fish in the Baltic Sea. I cought 50 fish in an hour!
