Monday 2018/19

Yesterday was Saturday I was shopping. I bought chicken, butter, sour cream, milk, sweets, biscuits, fruits and vegetables. I bought grapes, bananas from the fruit (the nereikia, nes apskritai "iš vaisių". Geriau sakyti "for fruit") . From vegetable=For vegetable tomatoes and carrots.
Yesterday I made Chinese chicken with rice.

The last time I went shopping on Saturday. I bought bread, milk, some )oranges. I didn't buy meat because my husband is a hunter.
Yesterday I ate curds with cracklings? for breakfast. I drank tea. How can it be? cracklings are pieces of fried smoked pork fat
I ate shashlik with onions and rice for lunch, because it was my neighbor's birthday yesterday.
I ate herring, some olives, a sausage and cake for dinner. I drank water.

Wow! The last time I ate shashlik was two years ago at the librarians' summer camp. : )

Because my children returns(-s tik vienaskaitoje 'jis, ji') home at weekends I buy food on Fridays.
This Friday I bought some salads, radishes, cucumber, mandarins, bananas and bread.
On Saturday when I back home after work I baked a cake and a lot of kibinas=kybyns.
Yesterday was Sunday. For breakfast I drank cafe and ate a fried egg with some salad.
For lunch I made various vegetable soup.
In the evening I ate some salad, fruit and drank some water.

The last time I went shopping was Sunday evening (it was yesterday). I went to IKI because I love anannas and the best anannas in Pasvalys is at IKI shop! So, I bought one anannas, a box of organic (ekologiškų) eggs, a bottle of Kalamata olive oil (because I had this oil in Athens, it was very good, it is not the same you can buy in Lithuania , but it is still similar) and a packet of coffee beans (because I love grinding coffee with my coffee grinder) .

Yesterday I had curd and pork dumplings with sour cream and crackling sauce . It was in the evening. In the late morning (because I slept until noon) I had yoghurt with some fruit (apple, bananas, kiwi) .

How much of carbohydrates do you have a day? Do you eat quite a lot of bread, cereal or pasta?

I know that a balanced diet is very important in my life.
But I don't follow the diet of the grist. - What is a grist diet?
My mistake that I can't give up sweets.
I don't count calories.
I like _ make cooks,biscuits and ets.Sure love to eat it. = I like to make; cakes
because I 'm always fight with overweight. = I always fight

You don't look like you fight overweight at all! You look slim and lovely!

I have a balanced diet, but sometimes I eat too much sweets : biscuits, cakes and chocolates.
I don't eat a lot of bread. I eat a bread only with smoked meat or salted fats. I never eat a bread with a soup or the second dish of meat. I eat a meat with vegetables .
I don't like cereal or pasta. I eat they=them rarely.

I finally found the English name for "lašiniai": lard [la:/r/d], bacon [beikan], salo, or salted pig fat.

I don't have a balanced diet.
I like black bread, I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, nuts, different seeds (sėklos), porridge.
I also eat fish (once or twice a week) and chicken.
I don't like white bread, cereal, sandwiches and pasta.
I don't like fast food.

I eat everything, what is edible. My favorite food is apples. I don't have a balanced diet. I know I eat too much and I don't do sports enough.

If you eat too much why are you so slim?

My diet is not balanced. I don't really like to cook. I eat little meat, but I love sweets. I eat fish instead of meat. I eat very irregularly, sometimes in the evenings. I don't really like to think what I have to eat now and whether food is healthy.

No mistakes at all!

I try to eat healthy : I cook myself at home and my favourite dishes are various stews, porridges or pasta with lots of vegetables, a big serving (porcija) of salad and always a piece of meat, fish or chicken.
I don't use sour cream or butter in my diet. I eat homemade yogurt which I make myself, I also use a lot of milk which I buy from the farm of my friend
I eat very little bread and only the dark one. For example, the last time I ate bread was last summer, when I made "the pirate [pairat] eye" .
I don't like sweets or bakes [beiks] (saldūs kepiniai). I prefer a pizza or a pirate eye to them!
And still (visgi), my diet isn't well balanced, because I eat too little during the day and I overeat late in the evenings when I have my large dinner!

Daniel Cleaver is the men=man who likes Bridget very much.
Bridget messaged wich=with him , had a meeting in the restaurand=t and then was in his flat but fast came out fast. Daniel said : I don't think we should start a relationship with each other. And Bridget said he is rubbish.
She was excited when she got a late Valentine's pink envelope on the hall table- which said,, To the dark beauty ".

Daniel Cleaver is Briedget's colleague.
Briedget likes him very much him.
Briedget sad=said that Valentine,s Day is silly and doesn't mean anything.
